REVIEW: FUJIFILM Instax SQUARE SQ10 hybrid instant camera.
I was really stoked to test out the FUJIFILM Instax Square SQ10 hybrid instant camera and wanted to share some quick thoughts on it. For years I’ve been shooting with the FUJIFILM Instax Wide series camera and it’s always been a huge hit on my photoshoots. I love how raw and intimate the instant prints look. With the FUJIFILM Instax SQUARE SQ10 hybrid instant camera, I can now take photos digitally and select which images to print out.
What’s dope about the SQ10 camera system is the various retro filters and manual editing options that allows you to execute the perfect shot. One of my favorite shoot settings is the double exposure feature – blending two separate pictures together as one. Another feature I really dig is being able to manually adjust the flash, crop, and exposure to achieve a cool overexposed look.
Having the ability to select which image to print may seem like it takes away the beauty from an instant film camera, but the digital+analog feature is REALLY nice when you’re trying to save money on film. I love how I can choose different filters and even go back and adjust the image once I’ve taken it. The square print format is slightly smaller than the Instax Wide, and slightly larger than the Instax mini – so it’s a good medium sized print. Everyone I’ve photographed with the SQ10 camera LOVES the look of the prints. Though the digital files when uploaded are low quality, I recommend this camera be your ‘fun’ experimental camera you shoot with alongside your fancy DSLR. Here are some scanned prints from some recent shoots of mine featuring all my babes Sirah, Demi Lovato, Zachariah, XLovers, and Leah.
It was a HUGE weekend for my girl Demi! She not only performed the National Anthem at the biggest boxing event of the year, she took over Vegas and SLAYED her MTV VMA’S performance of “Sorry Not Sorry.” Watching Demi in her element was absolutely so inspiring. We took some time to shoot some pics after her iconic performance. Which is your favorite film shot? Share and tag us in your fav photo on Insta @ddlovato @angelokritikos

The insanely talented, down to earth, hella-babe JOJO came through to shoot some fresh pics. (Have you seen our previous shoot for Galore magazine?) What I love about Jojo is that she fully surrounds and immerses herself in art. She is LIT. Check out our shoot and share your fav pic on the gram @iamjojo @angelokritikos – HUGE thank you to our girl Jill for the amazing glam and my boy Gary for his sick art. See the pics and full credits below.

I recently discovered the East Coast skate-inspired brand BROOKLYN CLOTH and I’m really feeling them!! The black and white looks below can be found on their website for around $115 (almost everything I’m wearing is listed in their summer sale rn!) I paired the lightweight Limited Edition Coach’s Jacket with the Rose ‘Dad Hat’ Baseball Cap for a punky streetwear look. I love how versatile and laid back their styles are – it can fit anyone’s vibe. See descriptions of the pieces I’m wearing below xxx ANGELO.
